This gene encodes a protein involved in spindle checkpoint function.
The encoded protein contains four WD repeat domains and has sequence similarity with the yeast BUB3 protein.
Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
