特徴
- Chickens were immunized with highly purified bovine serum albumin isolated from normal pooled bovine serum.
- After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared.
- The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbant and conjugated to N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads.
- Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.

- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
- For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
- Do not freeze.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
- Note: We do not recommended adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
