Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a mouse IgG column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads.
Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Specific Activity:1mg mouse IgG bound/ml agarose
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
Do not freeze.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: We do not recommended adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
