Chickens were immunized with highly purified IgG from normal human serum.
After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared and the Fc specific antibodies immunoaffinity purified and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.

Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
