特徴

• Chickens were immunized with highly purified bovine IgG isolated from normal pooled bovine serum.
• After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared.
• The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbant and conjugated to N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads.
• Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Specific Activity:1mg bovine IgG bound/ml agarose.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
• For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
• Do not freeze.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
• Note: We do not recommended adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
