Virulent strains of Bacillus anthracis produce a complex exotoxin with 3 distinct antigenic components: the edema factor (EF), the protective antigen or binding domain (PA), and the lethal factor (LF).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Antitoxin Titer:The midpoint of the dose response curve is 70ng/ml by ELISA using a 2ug coating of Protective Antigen.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
