Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are neutral proteinases that are involved in the breakdown and remodeling of the extracellular matrix (ECM) under a variety of physiological and pathological conditions.
MMP9 is a Metallopeptidase M10A type protease and is particularly important in the pathogenesis of inflammatory, infectious, and neoplastic diseases in many organs.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 20ug/mlWestern Blot: 1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry(Paraffin): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
