Transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGFB1) is a multi-functional cytokine with roles in proliferation, differentiation and other functions in many cell types.
The secreted TGFB1 protein is cleaved into a latency-associated peptide (LAP) and a mature TGFB1 peptide (Ref: SWISS-Prot).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
