Opioid-binding protein cell adhesion molecule (OPCML) is a member of the IgLON family of immunoglobulins (Ig).
OPCML binds opioids in the presence of acidic lipids.
Inactivation and loss of function of OPCML may play a role in epithelial ovarian cancer.
