The High Mobility Group (HMG)-box conserved domain is found in proteins that promote chromatin function and gene regulation, assist with transcription, replication, recombination and DNA repair.
High mobility group protein B4 (HMGB4) contains two HMG-box DNA-binding domains.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
