特徴

• Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) is a  highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed molecular chaperone.
• HSP90 plays important roles in folding newly synthesized proteins and stabilizing and refolding denatured proteins after stress.
• Two forms of HSP90, alpha and beta, are encoded by seperate genes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissues): 1ug/ml.
• Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
