特徴

• N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors are a class of ionotropic glutamate receptors.
• NMDA receptor channels are formed from heteromers composed of three different subunits: the key receptor zeta subunit NMDAR1 (GRIN1) with an NMDAR2 epsilon subunit: NMDAR2A (GRIN2A), NMDAR2B (GRIN2B), NMDAR2C (GRIN2C), or NMDAR2D (GRIN2D) and a third subunit: GRIN3A or GRIN3B.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissues): 0.5-1ug/ml.
• Heat mediated antigen retrieval is reccommended.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
