• Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH)  is a 41aa peptide derived from a preprohormone.
• CRH is secreted from the hypothalamus and is also synthesized in peripheral tissues such as T lymphocytes and is highly expressed in the placenta.
• CRH regulates the release of corticotropin from the pituitary gland.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissues): 0.5-1ug/ml.
• Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
