• ANP acts on convoluted tubules in kidney reducing sodium absorption which results in reducing the blood pressure.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 5-15ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 5-10ug/ml.
• (formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissues, 4% paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissues)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with PBS.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
