S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (AMD1) is an important enzyme in amine and polyamine biosynthesis.
AMD1 catalyses the formulation of S-adenosylmethioninamine from S-adenosyl-L-methionine.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 0.5-1ug/ml (formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissues, formalin/acetone fixed frozen tissues)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
