Abelson interactor 1 (ABI1) is widely expressed with highest expression in brain.
ABI1 in participation with EPS8 and SOS1 is involved in the transduction of signals from Ras to Rac.
10 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissues): 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
