特徴

• WNT-3a, is a secreted protein and member of the Wnt family of signalling proteins, which acts as a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors, and plays key roles in many developmental and cell fate decisions, including embryonic patterning, CNS development, and cytoskeletal formation.
• Wnt-3a acts as a promoter of the proliferation of ventral midbrain dopaminergic neuron precursor cells, and has been implicated in the progressive differentiation of anterior neural cells, as well as regulating the survival and expansion of neural progenitors derived from human embryonic stem cells.
• Wnt3a has been shown to act upstream of the Notch signalling pathway, in the regulation of somitogenesis, which is believed to be controlled by a segmentation clock, consisting of molecular oscillators in the Notch, Wnt3a and Fgf8 pathways.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-2.0ug/ml, may be used as indirect ELISA or as a capture reagent in a sandwich ELISAWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin): This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
• Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with 100ul sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
