• IRGM is a putative GTPase required for clearance of bacterial and protozoan infections.
• It funtions in the innate immune response, most likely through regulation of autophagy.
• IRGM may also function in the regulation of proinflammatory cytokine production and in macrophage adhesion and motility.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml, detects a band of ~32kD in human brain cell lysate
• Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/mlImmunofluorescence: 20ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
