IP-10 is expressed in a variety of tissues including liver, gut, spleen, kidney and thymus, in response to interferon gamma.
IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, NK cells and certain T-cells.
Mouse IP-10 may be used in an indirect ELISA or as a capture reagent in a sandwich ELISA with a detection reagent and recombinant mouse IP-10 as the standard.
