- Human Interleukin-21 (IL-21) is a cytokine with immunoregulatory activity.
- IL-21 stimulates B- and T-cell proliferation and increases the activity of NK cells and disease- specific cytotoxic T-cells.
- It might also inhibit dendritic cell activation and maturation during the T-cell mediated immune response.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
