特徴
IFIH1 (interferon-induced helicase C domain-containing protein 1), otherwise known as MDA5, a widely expressed cytoplasmic RNA helicase, which acts as a mediator of the innate immune response to viral RNA, and is implicated in apoptosis and growth suppression.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:32,000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml.
Antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections is required.
Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 is recommended for this purpose
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:Human pancreas
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
