CCR10 (C-C chemokine receptor type 10), otherwise known as GPR2, (G-protein coupled receptor 2), is a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, highly expressed in the small intestine, colon, lymph nodes and Peyer patches, which acts as a receptor for the chemokines CCL27 (SCYA27/CTACK) and CCL28 (SCYA28).
This product is reported as suitable for use in immunocytochemistry and shows minimal cross-reactivity with human CCR10.
