特徴

• The protein encoded by this gene is a glycoprotein and a member of the NADPH oxidase family.
• The synthesis of thyroid hormone is catalyzed by a protein complex located at the apical membrane of thyroid follicular cells.
• This complex contains an iodide transporter, thyroperoxidase, and a peroxide generating system that includes this encoded protein and DUOX2.
• This protein is known as dual oxidase because it has both a peroxidase homology domain and a gp91phox domain.
• Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires HIER using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
