84-2258-49 [取扱停止]TTC8 (Tetratricopeptide Repeat Domain 8, BBS8, RP51) 200ul 213966
特徴
- This gene encodes a protein that has been directly linked to Bardet-Biedl syndrome.
- The primary features of this syndrome include retinal dystrophy, obesity, polydactyly, renal abnormalities and learning disabilities.
- Experimentation in non-human eukaryotes suggests that this gene is expressed in ciliated cells and that it is involved in the formation of cilia.
- A mutation in this gene has also been implicated in nonsyndromic retinitis pigmentosa.
- Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
