It contains several WD repeats, which function in protein-protein interactions.
This protein has a sequence similarity to yeast Prp8 protein.
This gene is a candidate gene for autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation.
