PPA1(Inorganic pyrophosphatase) is also named as IOPPP, PP and PPase.
It maintains the thermodynamic favorability of these reactions by catalyzing the hydrolysis of pyrophosphates into organic phosphates, which are then exported across the cell membrane(PMID:16300924).The erythrocyte inorganic pyrophosphatase molecule would appear to be a dimer (PMID:4130389).This antibody is specific to PPA1.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
