- Involved in regulation of microtubule biogenesis through phosphorylation of TBCB.
- Activity is inhibited in cells undergoing apoptosis, potentially due to binding of CDC2L1 and CDC2L2.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
