MYCN, also named as BHLHE37 and NMYC, is a transcription factor.
It is primarily expressed in normal developing embryos and is thought to be critical in brain and other neural development.
It is often amplified in human neuroblastomas.
IR34A can suppress MYCN expression, it suggest MYCN has a role in cell growth.
The expression of the MCYN is upregulated in a variety of human tumors, most requently neuroblastoma, where the level of expression appearts to increase as teh tumor progress.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
