特徴
EB1 (end-binding protein 1) is a microtubule associated protein (1).
EB1 localizes to the growing ends of microtubules, the centrosome and the mitotic spindle (2-4).
EB1 is also found to associate with the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) protein (5).
Recent studies also suggest that EB1 plays a role in microtubule-based transport (6).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
