Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are a class of enzymes that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acids.
This gene encodes a product which is similar to the catalytic subunit of prokaryotic and Saccharomyces cerevisiae phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetases (PheRS).
This gene product has been shown to be expressed in a tumor-selective and cell cycle stage- and differentiation-dependent manner, the first member of the tRNA synthetase gene family shown to exhibit this type of regulated expression
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
