EDN1, also named as Endothelin-1, PPET1 and ET-1, belongs to the endothelin/sarafotoxin family.
Endothelins are endothelium-derived vasoconstrictor peptides.
Emerging basic science, and animal and human data all suggest that EDN1 is a potentially important contributor in the pathobiology of fibrosing disorders, including those that affect the lung (PMID:20055532).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
