Aberrant methylation patterns are associated with certain human tumors and developmental abnormalities.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
