This gene encodes a member of the cysteine-rich protein (CSRP) family.
This gene family includes a group of LIM domain proteins, which may be involved in regulatory processes important for development and cellular differentiation.
The LIM/double zinc-finger motif found in this gene product occurs in proteins with critical functions in gene regulation, cell growth, and somatic differentiation.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
