The product of this gene belongs to the SNF2/RAD54 helicase family.
It represents the main component of the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase complex and plays an important role in epigenetic transcriptional repression.
Patients with dermatomyositis develop antibodies against this protein.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
