• BCAR1, or CAS, is an Src (MIM 190090) family kinase substrate involved in various cellular events, including migration, survival, transformation, and invasion (Sawada et al., 2006).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.

• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Immunofluorescence: 1:20-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
