• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA (Indirect): 0.5-2ug/ml (100ul/well antibody solution).
• Using in conjunction with the appropriate secondary reagents, aloows the detection limit of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well
• ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (100ul/well antibody solution).
• Using in conjunction with I8433-03, as a detection antibody, the detection limit of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well
• Western Blot: 0.1–0.2ug/ml.
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
• Neutralization: 0.02-0.05ug/ml.
• To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (1.50ng/ml)
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
