特徴
- Human Hemofiltrate CC chemokine-1 (HCC-1) was first isolated from the hemofiltrate of patients with chronic renal failure.
- HCC-1 has a 46% amino acid sequence identity with MIP-1a/MIP-1b and 29-37% homology with other CC chemokines.
- Human HCC-1 is an 8.4kD protein containing 72 amino acid residues.
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): Proteinase K antigen retrieval is recommended
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
