特徴
- Endostatin is a naturally occurring 20kD polypeptide derived from the C-terminal portion of type XVIII collagen.
- It functions as an anti-angiogenic cytokine that is expressed in various organs with the highest levels in liver, lung and kidney.
- Endostatin inhibits angiogenesis by blocking the pro-angiogenic activities of VEGF and FGF-basic.
- Recombinant human Endostatin is a 20.2kD protein consisting 184aa residues.
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry..
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
