Antibody against human Smith and RNP, detectable bands at RNP 68kD and RNP A 33kD, and Smith B' 26kD and B 25kD by Western blot at 1:100 dilution using Hep-2 cellular extract blot.
Titer will vary with test system.
No attempts have been made to qualify this product on blots made with HeLa cell, or any other antigen source.
This product may have affinity for bands other than those mentioned.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:100, detectable bands at RNP 68kD and RNP A 33kD, and Smith B' 26kD and B 25kDOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
