Microtubules are constituent parts of the mitotic apparatus, cilia, flagella, and elements of the cytoskeleton.
They consist principally of 2 soluble proteins, alpha- and beta-tubulin, each of about 55kD.
Applications:Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Peptide ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1-3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
