• In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human THBS1 a band of ~200kD plus a breakdown product are observed.
• These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293.
• The calculated molecular size is 129kD according to NP_003237.2
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
