特徴
Involved in the uptake of thrombin-antithrombin complexes by hepatic cells By similarity.
When phosphorylated, plays a role in filament reorganization.
Involved in the delivery of mutated CFTR to the plasma membrane.
Together with KRT8, is involved in interleukin-6 (IL-6)-mediated barrier protection.
Applications:Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
