- BBF2H7-mediated Sec23A pathway is required for endoplasmic reticulum-to-Golgi trafficking in dermal fibroblasts to promote collagen synthesis.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot.

- Recommended Dilution:Peptide ELISA: 1:128,000Western Blot: 1-3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
