Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml.
~60kD band observed in MOLT4 and Jurkat lysates (calculated MW of 51kD according to NP_009005.1.).
Band of ~50kD observed in transfected HEK293 cells transiently expressing CORO1A; this band is not observed in non-transfected HEK293 cells

Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
