• CCXCR1 is a Chemokine Receptor expressed in lymphotactin-responsive leukocyte cells.
• The viral macrophage inflammatory protein-II, vMIP-II (but not vMIP-I), has been found to be an antagonist of lymphotactin activity at CCXCR1.
• The CCXCR1 gene is located near the genes for C-C chemokine receptor 9 and SIV/HIV receptor Bonzo on chromosome 3.
• CCXCR1 is associated with inflammatory and immunological responses by regulating the trafficking of T and B lymphocytes and neutrophils.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
