- TLL2 encodes a Metallopeptidase M12A type protease that is structurally similar to bone morphogenic protein 1 (BMP1) and Drosophila Tolloid ( TLD).
- In vitro studies have identified pro-lysyl oxidase as a substrate for TLL-2 protein.
- Fetal TLL-2 is expressed in developing mouse skeletal muscle and central nervous system.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
