特徴
- This is a receptor for the tachykinin neuropeptide substance P.
- It is probably associated with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
- The rank order of affinity of this receptor to tachykinins is: substance P > substance K > neuromedin-K.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 2-4ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
