LGR7 is a member of the Relaxin Receptor subfamily.
LGR7 is a receptor for the hormone relaxin, binding relaxin H1 and H2 with high affinity.
In transfected cell systems the receptor has been shown to respond to relaxin by causing an elevation of intracellular cAMP.
