特徴
- PAK5, a PAK (STE20) type protein kinase, contains a N-terminal Cdc42/Rac interactive binding (CRIB) motif and a C-terminal kinase domain.
- The protein is a target of the Rho GTPases Cdc42 and Rac; however, binding of Cdc42 is not required for kinase activity.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
