The purinergic receptor P2Y6 (P2RY6) is a member of the Purinergic Receptor subfamily.
P2 receptors mediate a wide variety of physiologic effects in response to extracellular nucleotides.
P2Y6 is believed to play a role in placental function and innate immune defense.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3-16ug/mlImmunocytochemistry: 8-16ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
